• Our process set out below, from the discovery stage through to the design and delivery, ensures great results.

We start by looking in detail at all the information you’ve given us, understanding your ideas and requirements and researching relevant case studies before we go on a site visit with you.
This will help us to understand your priorities, get insights into current industry practices and makes it easier for us to ask the right questions to move the project forward.  On the site visit we can look into the specific details of that location and make sure that we tailor the schedule and budget effectively.

After the discovery stage we start to brainstorm, pulling imagery, materials and ideas together to showcase and develop one of more concept routes. We develop the layout of the space focussing on the customer journey and the key objectives pulling a strong physical identity together that will create a scaleable interior identity to elevate your brand.

We create a detailed drawing package ready for tender including but not limited to; an existing floor plan, proposed general arrangements, floor finishes, ceiling & lighting layouts, power & data layouts, wall elevations & sections, with detailed drawings of any bespoke features that are required.

Drawings will be issued to contractors for tender, which we review with you alongside the schedules we’ve outlined. Working within your budget and schedule we will source and specify materials and fittings, creating a detailed visual spread sheet to co-ordinate procurement effectively

Based on the site schedule, we include a set number of site visits including a pre start meeting and a handover meeting to run through any snags. We follow up with regular Q&As with the client and contractor regarding design-led details, co-ordination and installation. We have a hands on approach, ensuring you have everything you need for that first all important customer experience.
