A four storey early Victorian home, sympathetically restored, maintaining and reinstating the original features where possible. The brief called for new extensions to be added which reflected the clients personal style. A full end to end design service was provided on this 5 bedroom, 3 reception room and 2 bathroom mid-terrace property. Major structural works included removing the existing roof to add another floor to the property, to take full advantage of the sea views. The ground floor was knocked through and made open plan, with a glass box added to the side wall of the kitchen to create a generous dining area and bring natural light into the space.
