We were asked to create a cohesive concept for a hotel development considering the full customer journey and experience from making the initial booking, the arrival, accommodation, restaurants working with several existing buildings and considering the lake and the acres of land creating additional activities and services throughout the development. Like the concept we wanted to make this presentation memorable with tangible items to really capture the creativity and imagination as we walked through the design.
